Flow does not require account creation, does not collect your name, and does not track your location. No training data, workout history, or usage metrics are transmitted to our servers.
Flow may request access to your device's camera and/or microphone to support training session recording features. All media processing occurs entirely on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store any video or audio content on our servers. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

Our apps do not currently integrate third-party advertising SDKs or behavioral analytics platforms. If this changes, this policy will be updated before any such integration is released.
Apple's App Store platform is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. Diagnostic data shared with Apple through their opt-in system is governed by Apple's terms.
We retain support correspondence for up to 24 months to assist with follow-up inquiries, after which it is deleted. Anonymized crash logs are retained only as long as necessary to resolve identified issues.
